Responsibilities
- Build awareness of Assatz LLP’s real estate ventures among potential clients.
- Identify and approach prospective clients to promote our projects and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, fieldwork, and digital outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate client interactions and conversions.
- Provide feedback from clients to refine marketing strategies and sales approaches.
- Participate in training sessions to understand market trends and Assatz LLP’s offerings.
Must Have
- Education: Any graduate or higher qualification.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about the real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and capability of working independently
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required
