Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Business Development Interns to join our team. This is a commission-based opportunity, perfect for graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in sales and business development while earning attractive incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Build awareness of Assatz LLP’s real estate ventures among potential clients.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients to promote our projects and services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, fieldwork, and digital outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate client interactions and conversions.
  • Provide feedback from clients to refine marketing strategies and sales approaches.
  • Participate in training sessions to understand market trends and Assatz LLP’s offerings.

Must Have

  • Education: Any graduate or higher qualification.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in TeluguHindi, and English is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about the real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and capability of working independently

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required
