Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Expert - Channel Partners to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners to promote and sell our real estate ventures. This role requires excellent communication and management skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential channel partners and develop strategies to onboard them
- Build and maintain a robust network of channel partners to support sales growth.
- Organize recruitment drives, presentations, and meetings to attract and engage partners.
- Train and guide channel partners to effectively promote Assatz LLP's real estate ventures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their queries and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies.
Must Have
- Education: Any graduate or higher qualification.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and management abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and capability of working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or partner management is an advantage.
