Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the real estate sector and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Fluency in TeluguHindi, and English is essential to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for our real estate ventures by identifying and converting leads into successful deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads and attract clients.

Must Have

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Proficiency in TeluguHindi, and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet sales targets.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to inspire a sales team.
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and capability of working independently
