Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the real estate sector and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is essential to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales for our real estate ventures by identifying and converting leads into successful deals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads and attract clients.
Must Have
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet sales targets.
- Leadership experience and the ability to inspire a sales team.
- Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and capability of working independently
